All our rugs are handmade by local artisans from different parts of Turkey in the same manner that they have been for centuries and that was passed on from generation to generation.

We get these rugs directly from Anatolian weavers (or their direct families) who made the rugs decades ago and we 100% guarantee their authenticity.

Our rugs are made from hand-spun sheep wool and dyed using all-natural materials (vegetable dyes).

Natural materials are more durable than synthetic materials guaranteeing a rug that can last for years. Natural dyes, on the other hand, provide colors that will not change for years and get brighter and more beautiful when in direct sunlight.

Our vintage Turkish rugs are the same Turkish rugs sold at high-end shops at a fraction of the cost.

As we get our rugs directly from the source (skilled weavers and artisans), you are able to skip the entire layers of the traditional distribution channels which inflate prices. With this, you are able to enjoy lower prices on our rugs.

The pillow covers are newly-made and unused. They are clean and ready for use. What's vintage is the Turkish rug/kilim that was repurposed in making each pillow cover.

Although we use vintage rugs and kilims, we have professionally cleaned and thoroughly reconditioned them before making the pillow covers.

The images we display have the most accurate colors possible with most rugs, if not all, taken outdoors under natural daylight. This is so that you can see the rug at its truest colors. That being said, it might also be the brightest a rug will look unless your space has an ample amount of natural light.

Pillow covers, on the other hand, are taken under ambient lighting condition.

Additionally, the actual colors you see depend on your monitor and its settings. We cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be completely accurate.

NO. Rugs were historically crafted only by highly skilled adult weavers and artisans (usually Anatolian mothers). The same is true for our pillow covers where only adult artisans are involved in making each of them.

Tracing back the history as to how vintage rugs were made, several people have been involved in various processes including the raising and shearing of sheep, wool spinning & dyeing, and the actual rug making. One generation does teach the next how to do things, but children are not involved in these processes, only as observers.

We accept payments primarily through PayPal. With PayPal, you can pay using your PayPal account or your credit and/or debit card issued by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Diners Club.

You will receive an email confirming your order and the rug will be shipped within 1 to 4 business days. Tracking number and URL will be sent to you through email or will be available in your Orders page if you created an account upon ordering.

Orders can be changed/cancelled within 12 hours (for rugs) and 3 hours (for pillow covers) from the time of purchase . Just kindly contact us.

Both rugs and pillow covers are shipped straight from Turkey.

Shipping is always FREE to anywhere in the world through DHL Express, FedEx or UPS.

Except USA, most countries are subject to tax and/or customs duties. Buyers are responsible for these fees whenever applicable as they are not included in the price.

All orders will be shipped after payment has cleared. Please allow 1 to 4 business days (i.e. excluding weekends and national holidays) lead time for order processing.

Tracking numbers are sent to your email with the corresponding tracking URLs which you can visit to monitor your shipment.

If you have created an account upon checkout, tracking is also available in your Orders page. Alternatively, you can grab your order number and use it on our Track My Order page.

It normally takes 3 to 7 business days (i.e. excluding weekends and national holidays) for a shipment to arrive in your doorstep. We are not liable for any unexpected delays caused by the shipping courier themselves.

Sorry, we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses for the time being.

Yes. We do accept returns provided you (i) ship the item back within 7 days after it was delivered, and (ii) send the item in the same condition that it was delivered to you.

While we offer free shipping for all customers regardless of where in the world they may be, we cannot offer the same for returns.

Customers will be responsible for the price of shipping the item back to Turkey. Please take note that international shipping back to Turkey for heavy and bulky items, such as in the case of rugs, can be expensive.
